Οι μεγαλύτερες Άμεσες Ξένες Επενδύσεις(ΑΞΕ) στη Βουλγαρία το πρώτο δίμηνο του 2013 προήλθαν από την Ελλάδα

Οι μεγαλύτερες 'Αµεσες Ξένες Επενδύσεις (ΑΞΕ) στη Βουλγαρία το πρώτο δίμηνο του 2013 προήλθαν από την Ελλάδα (Euro 9,4 εκατ.), το Λουξεμβούργο (Euro 7,9 εκατ.), τη Ρωσία (Euro 6,7 εκατ.) και την Αυστρία (6,1 εκατ. ευρώ), όπως αναφέρει το ενημερωτικό δελτίο ΑΠΡΙΛΙΟΥ 2013 από το Γραφείο Οικονομικών και Εμπορικών Υποθέσεων Σόφιας.



Σύμφωνα με προσωρινά στοιχεία που ανακοίνωσε η βουλγαρική Κεντρική Τράπεζα (ΒΝΒ), οι άμεσες ξένες επενδύσεις (Α.Ξ.Ε.) στη Βουλγαρία το δίμηνο Ιανουαρίου - Φεβρουαρίου τ.έ. αντιστοιχούσαν σε Euro 40,3 εκατ. (0,1% του ΑΕΠ), καταγράφοντας πτώση περίπου 92% σε ετήσια βάση. Την αντίστοιχη περίοδο του 2012 οι Α.Ξ.Ε. ανήλθαν σε 524,3 εκατ. ευρώ (1,3% του ΑΕΠ). Οι μεγαλύτερες Α.Ξ.Ε. στη Βουλγαρία το πρώτο δίμηνο του 2013 προήλθαν από την Ελλάδα (Euro 9,4 εκατ.), το Λουξεμβούργο (Euro 7,9 εκατ.), τη Ρωσία (Euro 6,7 εκατ.) και την Αυστρία (6,1 εκατ. ευρώ). Ταυτόχρονα, σύμφωνα με την ίδια ανακοίνωση, κάμψη σημείωσαν και οι βουλγαρικές επενδύσεις στο εξωτερικό οι οποίες το πρώτο δίμηνο του 2013 περιορίστηκαν σε Euro 6,8 εκατ., ενώ το αντίστοιχο διάστημα του προηγούμενου έτους ισοδυναμούσαν με Euro 23,8 εκατ.

Σύμφωνα με τα αναθεωρημένα στοιχεία 2009-2012 της Ελληνικής Στατιστικής Αρχής, το 2012 οι ελληνικές εξαγωγές στη Βουλγαρία (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των πετρελαιοειδών) σημείωσαν σημαντική κατ' αξία αύξηση της τάξης του 18% και ανήλθαν σε περίπου Euro 1,5 δισ. Οι ελληνικές εισαγωγές από Βουλγαρία κατέγραψαν επίσης αύξηση, αλλά πιο συγκρατημένη (6%). Όπως αποτυπώνεται και στον κάτωθι πίνακα, το αποτέλεσμα της εξέλιξης αυτής ήταν η διεύρυνση το 2012 του υπέρ της Ελλάδος διμερούς εμπορικού πλεονάσματος.



Παρόμοιο ποσοστό αύξησης και παρόμοια συνολική αξία των ελληνικών εξαγωγών (17% και Euro 1,5 δισ.) στη Βουλγαρία για το 2012 δίνει βάσει της δικής του ανάλυσης και το βουλγαρικό Στατιστικό Ινστιτούτο (web: http://www.nsi.bg/ORPDOCS/fTrade_1.1.1.2_en.xls), το οποίο, όμως, παρουσιάζει το υπέρ της Ελλάδος εμπορικό πλεόνασμα σαφώς πιο περιορισμένο (μόλις Euro 48 εκατ.).
